Getting Heart Healthy Minimize

Richmond University Medical Center offers an outstanding cardiac rehabilitation program for people who are at risk of or recovering from heart disease. Our highly successful Cardiac Rehabilitation Center teaches people how, by instituting important lifestyle changes, such as exercising, reducing stress and following a heart healthy diet, they can live longer with a better quality of life than they might otherwise have had. Staffed by a cardiologist and specially trained cardiac nurses, this service focuses on the body's response to exercise and the patient's cardiac education. We monitor patients electronically and chart their progress. By the end of the program, patients leave with a lifelong plan aimed at a healthy heart.

Cardiology Clinics Minimize

We treat patients with a full range of cardiac conditions and offer advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services in our cardiology outpatient clinics, which are staffed by attending cardiologists and cardiac fellows.
